1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bgjl", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the bgjl platform accessible at bgjl.io and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Platform" means the bgjl website, mobile application, betting interface, casino lobby, live dealer suite, and all related software and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bgjl Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the bgjl Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and held in their bgjl Account, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus funds awarded to a Player's account by bgjl, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bgjl Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bgjl Platform and close your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bgjl, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bgjl is strictly an adult platform. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion programme, either voluntarily initiated through bgjl or imposed by any external authority.
• You are registering of your own free will and are not acting under coercion or on behalf of a person who is self-excluded.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of bgjl or any of its software providers.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on bgjl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

bgjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must notify bgjl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• bgjl will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

5 Deposits & Payments

bgjl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed within your account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to friends, family members, or any other individual — are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source account and the deposit will not be credited to your bgjl balance.

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your bgjl Account.
• bgjl does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not available on the Platform.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming and betting purposes on bgjl. The Platform is not a payment processing or money transfer service.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your bgjl Account are subject to identity verification (KYC). Until KYC is completed, a maximum cumulative withdrawal limit applies. Once KYC is approved, standard withdrawal processing times apply as described below.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bgjl reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are considered unusual relative to your Account history.

• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your bank account.
• Withdrawals requested during peak hours or public holidays may experience additional processing time.
• Active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and fully wagered bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• bgjl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documents are required.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bgjl offers a range of bonus promotions including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL cricket, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page.

The following general conditions apply to all bgjl promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to players with a single registered Account who have completed at least one qualifying deposit.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds have been depleted, unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Free bet credits will be awarded as non-withdrawable bonus funds. Only winnings generated from free bet credits (above the stake value) may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the bgjl Platform.
• bgjl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time where abuse, technical error, or fraud is detected.
• Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated activity designed to unfairly exploit promotion mechanics — will have all bonus funds forfeited and may have their accounts permanently suspended.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on bgjl are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. These rules are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform and form part of these Terms. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. bgjl does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where permitted by the Cash Out feature (where available).
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (a "palpable error"), bgjl reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion, even after settlement. Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to additional latency rules. bgjl may void in-play bets if there is a material delay between the placement of a bet and its acceptance where the outcome was already determined.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed beyond 12 hours of its scheduled BST start time, or decided by any means other than on-field play, bgjl's specific sport rules will govern settlement.
• bgjl reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.

9 Casino & Games Rules

All casino games offered on bgjl — including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, and Crash games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software from licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective software provider.

• Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with these rules before wagering.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or slots spin, the outcome of the round in progress will be determined and settled by the game server. Any incomplete round will be resolved on reconnection.
• bgjl will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures on the Player's device, browser, or internet connection.
• Any malfunction in game software that results in an incorrect outcome will be investigated. bgjl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to Players.
• The use of automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgjl Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on bgjl.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through a third-party provider after funds have been used for betting.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using any software, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated by exploiting a known error are void.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bgjl staff or other players.
• Allowing a self-excluded individual to use your Account for gambling purposes.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

bgjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Identity verification documents cannot be confirmed or are determined to be fraudulent.
• bgjl is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory direction.
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected that suggest match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated abuse.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion or a third party has made a verified safeguarding request on their behalf.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these Terms, any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding investigation.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the bgjl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, page layout, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of bgjl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from bgjl without our prior written consent.

Game software and content is licensed to bgjl by third-party providers. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belonging to third-party providers remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under applicable licence agreements.

13 Privacy & Data

bgjl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at bgjl.io/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bgjl will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

All personal data is stored on secure servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

14 Responsible Gaming

bgjl is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its players across Bangladesh. The following tools are available to all registered Players from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bgjl Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum exclusion period and will result in your Account being closed and all active bonuses forfeited.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen notifications during play showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgjl, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

bgjl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bgjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bgjl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by bgjl's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16 Amendments to These Terms

bgjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or for security reasons.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bgjl operates as a platform serving Bangladeshi players and applies internationally recognised standards of fair play and consumer protection in the administration of its services.

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet settlement, game outcome, bonus award, or account action, you should first contact our support team at [email protected]. bgjl commits to investigating all Player disputes in good faith and responding within 5 business days (BST).

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal proceedings. bgjl's decisions on matters of bet settlement and game outcomes made in accordance with the published rules of the relevant sport or game shall be final.
